In 2002 we designed this stone & cedar Tahoe Cape and hired contractor Keith Litten to build it.

The house has 4 BRs & 3.5 baths on 3 levels. The master BR and bath w/ double jaccuzzi are on the main floor along with a small balcony accessible through French doors from the master BR, a large eat-in kitchen, DR, LR, 1/2 bath, screened porch and wrap around deck. The lower floor has a family room, office, utility room with laundry, 1 BR and 1 full bath. The upper floor has 2 BRs, 1 full bath, a library, and hobby room.

We designed the home for comfortable living, and during the 6 years we lived there we enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs, or the swing on the side of the house where the porch wraps around to a large deck, with grill and outdoor dining area. French doors in the kitchen lead to a screened porch, and from there to the deck.
